We are now accepting sponsorships for our third annual Autism Acceptance Festival & 5K!! This year's event will be Saturday, April 15th at Kiroli Park in West Monroe, La! You have the option of signing up/paying online, or paying by check. Description of sponsorship levels and incentives are below.

About the Event

The 5K will begin at 8:30 AM, and Festival will be from 9:00-11:00 AM. Sponsors are required to be set up by 8:45 and asked to stay for the duration of the festival. If you would like to be set up during race registration, you must be set up by 8:00. Please indicate which option you'd like. The festival is our biggest fundraiser for the year, which allows us to continue to provide free/low-cost services and events to those impacted by Autism in our community. 

Gold Sponsor $500 donation

  • Facebook Shout-Out/Tagging your Facebook Page/Listed on Facebook event page
  • Sponsor “shout out” in race packets. You can also provide material to put in race bags.
  • You are allowed to set up an informational booth. If you set up a booth, you have to provide an activity for the children to participate in. (Candy can be handed out if you’d like, but we ask for no food/snacks/drinks)
  • Business name on back of Race Shirt (if you sign up to sponsor by March 22)
  • Special Recognition at Awards Ceremony
  • You are allowed to have a banner or sign next to the Race Finish Line.

Silver Sponsor $300 donation

  • Facebook Shout-Out/Tagging your Facebook Page/Listed on FB event page
  • Sponsor “shout out” in race packet. You can also provide material to put in race bags.
  • You are allowed to set up an informational booth. If you set up a booth, you have to provide an activity for the children to participate in. (Candy can be handed out if you’d like, but we ask for no food/snacks/drinks)
  • Business Name on back of Race Shirt (if you sign up to sponsor by March 22)

Bronze $200 donation

  • Facebook Shout-Out/Tagging your Facebook Page/Listed on FB event page
  • Sponsor “shout out” in race packet. You can also provide material to put in race bags.
  • You are allowed to set up an informational booth. If you set up a booth, you have to provide an activity for the children to participate in. (Candy can be handed out if you’d like, but we ask for no food/snacks/drinks)

Sponsor for runner’s bag/refreshment (providing items for race bags and/or refreshments for runners)

  • Facebook Shout-Out/Tagging your Facebook Page
  • Sponsor “shout out” in race packet flyer. You can also provide material to put in race bags.
  • You can provide signage for refreshment table/runner check-in

  • Runners Bag/Refreshment Spons

    This sponsor level does not require a financial donation. This sponsorship includes either a donation of refreshments (water, fruit, granola, etc) for the runners and/or items (such as chapstick, lanyards, sanitizer, promotional material, etc.) for the runners bags. We typically have approximately 75-100 runners sign up, but would be able to give you an exact number by March 22nd, as that will be the deadline to register for race.
